Disaster Recovery Planning and Consultation
Disaster recovery planning starts with understanding an organization’s business needs, risk tolerances and regulatory profile. Frontline Technologies helps companies manage these factors to create an executable strategy for the continuity of business.
Hosted Exchange & Hosted File Servers
Email access and retrieval is an essential component of any disaster recovery strategy. Frontline’s Hosted Exchange service establishes secure, indelible records of all messages that pass through the Exchange server and stores them in a separate location. By utilizing Frontline Technologies Hosted Exchange and Hosted File Servers clients can access their email and files from any location deemed as a workable site during a disaster.
Alternate Data Centers
Alternate Data Centers provide the most flexible possible solution to maintaining business operations throughout a disaster recovery period. Frontline Technologies partnership with Agility Recovery Solutions allows Frontline to provide support within 24 - 48 hours of a large scale disastrous event - Mobile Data Centers are dispatched and can be operational in any location in North America. For disasters at a much smaller scale, Frontline Technologies offers a work site within its own fully equipped facilities.
The Agility Recovery Solutions Mobile Data Center utilized is a spacious trailer with seating and workstations for 40 users. It features all the capabilities of a regular office, including computers and telephones with high speed satellite Internet connections. From the moment they are brought online, each Mobile Data Center will accommodate users with access to their existing email and data, telephone systems, and critical software such as trade-execution applications. These data centers can be rapidly deployed anywhere and remain operational until regular business is restored.
