Remote Update Manager
Remote Update Manager (RUM) is Frontline’s automated support tool. A small RUM application sits in your system tray and polls for version updates, notifying you when a new version is available. It also acts as a two-way communication mechanism for us to distribute new versions and fixes, and to receive diagnostic information from our users. It is a very effective method for the remote support and management of our client base.
